Only rating a 2 star instead of 1 because of how polite and understanding the front desk associate was. I made an appointment for a cleaning, drove 40 minutes to this location as it was the only one with availability. I was told that since I had been to a different Aspen dental, they needed to treat me as a new patient and the only thing that would be done that visit is an exam and x-rays, no cleaning. I essentially wasted 40 minutes on my day off driving to this location, to be told I wouldn't have a cleaning done (the only reason I needed to go). Aspen has become a money making scheme where they need 3-4 appointments scheduled to even get something accomplished.

Had all my teeth removed at another provider and came to aspen for a denture consultation, and let me just say, they exceeded my expectations. Very thorough, kind, patient and non judgemental. And the office manager was the sweetest, kindest woman I’ve ever seen in a dental office. A lot of dental offices judge you when you have bad teeth or no teeth at all and I didn’t experience that at all. Highly recommend this office. Was only approved for 3000 financing and the dentures I wanted were 3,331. The office manager wrote off the 331 and I was able to get the signature elite dentures without any extra cost. Such a blessing.

Dr. Rao and her team were fantastic! I needed a filling and they helped me. Pros: staff are friendly and professional and very careful so I didn't feel any pain or discomfort during my procedure. Cons: I had to wait longer than anticipated and the billing manager would not share a price with me. However, the cost was a little less than UNC Dental School so overall I was pleased.

I had a great experience with wisdom teeth extraction. I had teeth pulled when young and have trauma. But the staff here was very kind and informative. Any questions I had about anything they made sure to go over and that I understood. The surgeon that operated was great! Personable. Made extra sure the local anesthetic was working before starting <3. Financially, they were very helpful with understanding the breakdown of cost. They even went as far as to show me different options to help with payment. Their office is clean and peaceful. Not just a waiting room listening to air drills and water pics. Would recommend anyone with anxiety about dental to come here. Thankyou for everything!

This was my first experience at a dentist office like this. Needless to say I was a little skeptical. I signed in and paid $29. First I got my X-rays done. The workers were nice and after talking with the dentist and doctor regarding my teeth they went over estimates on everything they said I would need to have done. I appreciated being able to get X-rays done and ask them questions regarding my teeth. I came in originally to discuss one wisdom tooth that was popping through and instead the dentist said I would need all 4 out even though she was only concerned about one of them. I appreciated all the estimates it just felt like they were looking to give me a bunch of cosmetic things to fix even if it wasn’t a concern to me or them. The financial person did discuss everything with me and said she could send me the X-rays they took that day (I’m still waiting on them). Before leaving I asked for the X-rays to be sent to me but did not receive a printed quote regarding everything that needed to be done and the cost. They did give me complements regarding my teeth and were professional but I just couldn’t shake the uneasy feeling while meeting with the doctor and dentist. This office w
